So, I downloaded the trial version of Song factory last night and within 20 minutes I had produced a backing track, better than one that took me three hours with my Boss Micro BR. Unfortunely I couldn't save it!!!! However, it has fired me up. I will have another go tonight with a 'known' song and that could swing the purchase. What a great concept and so easy to use. TK

Hi James, I have purchased your software online and can't wait to give it a whirl. Your product is exactly what I have been looking for.Previously I have tried(with little success) to use Band in a Box, Cakewalk 2004 and the boss Micro BR. I found them to be over-engineered, hard to master and pitched more towards the musically educated market.

My congratulations to you and your team...

ps... Give some thought to a classical music version as I am sure there are many aspiring opera composers out there.

Hi All Fellow Songfactory users,
Just wanted to introduce myself properly and say Hello.
I am Mike and currently using the trial version until i get the full version and loving it so far ( besides not being able to save of course )
I write songs etc as a hobby past time so needed something easy enough to record some of my ideas and finding this very easy to use.
I have done songs using cubase and my pc into a recording studio but things too technical for me so had help producing my material .
Due to pc problems and my software not being able to run anymore i opted for something i could use and not rely on others to do my demo's as it were .
The music i did back then some 4 yrs ago can be heard at
http://www.showcaseyourmusic.com/MJones, if anyone is interested
I look forward to writing and composing again.
I had 'curled up in a ball' picked for a pc music magazine for criticism etc
Be nice if someone could tell me who i sound like musically , i have no idea lol
